Encountered a situation where the current facebook.ttl.ftl message processing
produces a blank actor ID for incoming message, resulting in an invalid object
reference like:
:-message-abc-1500496639
a as:Note ;
as:actor : ;
as:object :abc ;
as:published "1500496639" .
Also noticed that some well-formed messages are being written multiple times.
