youtube: converters set verb (post), objectType (video) on object, no
objectType on actor
rss: converters set verb (post), no objectType on actor

sysomos: converters set verb (post), no type on actor, type (passthrough when
tweet, post otherwise) on object
moreover: converters set type (passthrough) on object, no type on actor, verb
(posted - not complaint with AS vocabulary)
