Yes, if you're using RDF tooling, you'd use that. For this project's purposes,
though, using that shouldn't be needed.
The JSON-LD context (more useful for us) lives here:
http://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams
But there shouldn't be any need to download it/incorporate it (since we're not
changing it). See: https://www.w3.org/TR/activitystreams-core/#jsonld
