Log:
Change the test mode for obliterate from a "skip" to a "work-in-progress".
* subversion/tests/libsvn_fs/fs-test.c
(obliterate_1): Remove a function call that was just trying to do what
svn_fs__begin_obliteration() should do. Return a test failure error
with an explanatory message.
(test_funcs): Change the mode of obliterate_1() from SKIP to WIMP.
