Log:
No functional change. This simply removes "else" clauses where the first
conditional block unconditionally returns.

* subversion/tests/cmdline/svntest/verify.py:
  (ExpectedOutput.is_equivalent_list, UnorderedOutput.is_equivalent_list):
    remove 'else' statements when the prior block returns
