Fix a comment.
* subversion/libsvn_wc/adm_crawler.c
(report_revisions_and_depths): Fix the doc string of this function
to note that we do not use TRAVERSAL_INFO anymore and we achieve the
same using EXTERNAL_FUNC callback, since r879231.
