Test issue #2591 - 'svnadmin hotcopy' does not replicate symlinks.
* subversion/tests/cmdline/svnadmin_tests.py
(hotcopy_symlink): New Test.
(test_list): Add the test to list, wherein we skip running this test
in non-POSIX compliant platforms.
