Log:
* subversion/tests/cmdline/tree_conflict_tests.py
  (force_del_tc_inside): In WC-NG on an incoming delete, local edit tree
    conflict we copy the base tree and remove BASE. The delete will therefore
    result in removing the now added nodes.
    Philip recently made svn rm --force remove tree conflicts while deleting.
    After updating the expected result I could remove the XFail marking.
