Log:
Eliminate a redundant parameter in merge code.
* subversion/libsvn_client/merge.c
(find_unmerged_mergeinfo): Eliminate the 'never_synched' output, as it is
redundant with SVN_IS_VALID_REVNUM(youngest_merged_rev).
(calculate_left_hand_side): Adjust accordingly.
