Log:
Unconditionally compile most of the Ev2 repos replay code.

* subversion/libsvn_repos/replay.c
  (add_subdir): For one implementation, rename from this...
  (add_subdir_ev2): ...to this.
  (replay_node): Update caller.
  [elsewhere]: Remove USE_EV2_IMPL guards.
