Following up on r1674615, turn warning C4133
'type' : incompatible types - from 'type1' to 'type2'
into an error when compiling with Visual C++.
* generator/templates/vcnet_vcxproj.ezt
(TreatSpecificWarningsAsErrors): Add 4133.
