On the 'move-tracking-2' branch: Remove some commented-out functionality.

* subversion/libsvn_delta/compat3e.c
  (SHIM_WITH_ACTIONS_DURING_ABORT): Delete commented-out definition.
(editor3_abort): Delete ifdef'd-out code.
