Log:
Add .clang-format file with initial formatting configurations.
This file supports a lot of advanced settings, and much better than
.editorconfig. It has an integration to Visual Studio and other IDEs,
and handle great with complicated code-style rules like we use in
Subversion.
* .clang-format: add.
