chore: drop CLAUDE.md symlink in favor of AGENTS.md (#391)
Claude Code 2.1.277 and later falls back to AGENTS.md as project
instructions when no CLAUDE.md exists, so the CLAUDE.md symlink is no
longer needed. Remove it and its .gitattributes export-ignore and
.rat-excludes entries. GEMINI.md stays because Gemini CLI still reads
GEMINI.md by default.
