[MINOR] Fix flaky JMLC MSVM scoring test (avoid unnecessary R runs) This is an attempt to fix the flaky JMLC MSVM scoring test that keeps failing occasionally on our jenkins infrastructure, which is however not reproducible in a local dev environment.
