The strange thing is that, despite using Travis' sonar add-on, without specifying the `sonar.host.url` (either in the Maven command in `.travis.yml` or in this file here) the `sonar:sonar` stage tries to connect to a `localhost` address. It seems that, perhaps, the add-on isn't registering properly. In fact, when looking at the raw Travis-CI log, I don't see any indication that the sonarcloud add-on is actually getting initiated. (In other projects of mine that use the sonarcloud add-on, I definitely see indication of this in the logs).
