Given that the logic is embedded in CSS and in JavaScript, both of which are
monkey patchable (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monkey_patch), the goal is
really to ensure that the necessary code inside tapestry.js is exposed in such
a way that it is stable and easy to patch. I suspect it's most of the way
there already (except, of course, for documentation).
