AjaxFormLoop - Add new rows before or after desired row, not top or bottom

I am using an AjaxFormLoop. Currently, I am required to add new rows at the
very top or very bottom. I would like to be able to add rows before or after
any specific row as well.
For now I will be making my own process, but find it more desirable if T5 built
this in.
