ProgressiveDisplay should include a read-only body property of type Block, just

In other words, allow us to provide a correct return value from the
progressivedisplay event handler method ... update the PD with it's server-side
body.
The context for this was performing multiple zone updates (the PD plus
additional zones) from the progressive display event handler method. Perhaps
this could be added as an example in the PD component reference.
