This is more annoying using jetty 7 because it logs the cookie value:
WARN log - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cookie name ""size": 0" is a
reserved token
In any case, having it use a cookie is not ideal; it's attempting to restore
its visibility and position across requests, which is not critical behavior.
