submit component does not set id attribute to t:id value

other form components (for example TextField) will set the value of the 'name'
and 'id' attributes to the value of the 't:id' attribute, however the 'submit'
component does not.

renders to:
<input value="submit" name="mySubmit" type="submit"></input>
expected:
<input value="submit" name="mySubmit" id="mySubmit" type="submit"></input>
