Attachment: convert.pl
The first step is to convert the current documentation in apt format to
confluence syntax. This can be done with Doxia Tools [1]. The results are not
yet what we want, therefore the attached script does a bit of search/replace
and converts the results form Doxia Tools to the desired format which can then
simply be pasted into confluence.
