When the palette component is placed on a page containing the DOCTYPE
declaration (e.g. <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0
Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd";>),
clicking on its selection and reordering buttons causes the form to be submited
prematurely. This behaviour manifests itself in Internet Explorer 9, but not in
Chrome.
