When using the AjaxFormLoop as described by jumpstarts AjaxFormLoop Tailored
version. Any new rows added to the form loop are lost when client side
validation has been disabled and server side returns a validation error. This
doesn't seem to be limited to just the AjaxFormLoop component, the bug seems to
exist with any component using the value encoder like described by jumpstart.
I've created a thread with the mailing list outlining this issue in greater
detail. The potential solution presented by Geoff was tried without success.
