When a paginated Grid has form components it fails when a page in changed,
raising an exception than a Component must be enclosed by a From component,
even when surrounded by a Form component.
The problem is that the GridPager generates a zone automatically and reference
the zone to be rendered by "^" loosing the Form component outside.
The zone property of Grid should be a Parameter that one can explicitly
indicate the zone to be rendered or the component should deal with this
situation differently.
