Resolution: Fixed
This was caused by the original fix of TAP5-2632, which used StringUtils from
commons-lang, which is a test-only dependency, so it's not present in the
webapp unless it was added by something else.
Fixed by replacing the code with other with the same logic but no usages of
StringUtils.
