commit 9eb7ff8eb883e15f32410d4424149a699b0964c3
Author: Tom Hebb <[email protected]>
AuthorDate: Sat Apr 15 07:34:51 2023 -0400

Add "links" field to Cargo.toml for teec and utee (#107)

This lets dependents with their own way of linking to libteec and/or
libutee override our build script if they so choose. See the
    documentation at [1].
