The spec only exercised test-only stub subclasses, so it pinned the stubs rather than any production code. Per reviewer feedback, only real implementations warrant tests, so remove it. The PR retains OperatorResultMetadataSpec and WorkflowResultStoreSpec, which pin genuine case-class behavior.
