test(frontend): close the result-table frame's stat-formatting gaps

41 tests to 46. Line-hit reaches 185/185 and Codecov's metric 97.30% to
99.46% -- 184/185 is the file's permanent ceiling under a test-only change,
because one ternary arm is structurally dead.

Plainly a small PR: +4 fully-covered lines, +3 arms, about 40 spec lines.
What earns it is that one existing test's name claimed the empty-result
guard while its body exercised the operatorId guard, so that path was
unpinned while appearing covered; and that Iceberg emits ISO date strings
for Timestamp min/max, contradicting the frontend's numeric type.

16 mutations, 14 killed. Both survivors are stated: the dead ternary arm,
and a single-sided toLocaleString swap observable only on a mid-run stat
type flip the backend does not produce -- left unkilled rather than
cementing a shape that cannot occur.

Reported and deliberately not pinned: an empty fetched page returns before
isLoadingResult is cleared, so the table spinner never stops for an operator
that produced zero rows.
