Adding one would assert Apache-2.0 over Apple's trademark, so the file joins paths-ignore alongside the other third-party assets, and LICENSE gains a Trademarks section recording that the mark is Apple's and that its use is governed by Apple's Sign in with Apple usage guidelines rather than an open-source license.
