fix(frontend): name the clearConsole test honestly and pin the filter's a11y

ResultPanelComponent rebuilds the console frame on a new run — it sets a
fresh config object and its *ngFor over the map has no trackBy — so the
filter does not in fact survive one. The test only ever exercised
clearConsole on a live instance; rename it to say that.

Pin what was invisible to the suite: blanking the filter badges' status
or deleting both aria-labels previously passed. Add aria-haspopup and
aria-expanded, which nz-dropdown does not set, and give the triggers a
24px minimum target rather than the bare glyph.

Rename someTypesHidden to typeFilterIndeterminate: it is false when
every type is hidden, which the old name did not convey. Report the
count as "Hidden by filter: N", and trim the comments that restated
their own expressions.
