Remove GremlinServerSessionIntegrateWithUnifiedChannelizerTest CTR
This file only had a single test that exists in
GremlinServerSessionIntegrateTest. That test can also test against the
UnifiedChannelizer when setting the "testUnified" property making this
test redundant and this file unneccessary.
