Review Comment:
   I've opted to fold all of these cases directly into `PTest`. This picks up 
the clone and negate coverage for free and centralizes all P cases in one 
place. One noteworthy change is that Traversal-bearing predicates in PTest get 
resolved with a dummy Traverser, and they bypass the `setValue()` manipulation 
tests as the value is nonsense prior to calls to `resolve()`
