Correct addE() edge label semantics in the semantics spec
Unlike addV(), the addE() step has no null-label guard. A missing or null
edge label resolves to the graph's default edge label rather than raising
an error. Update the Considerations to describe this behavior and replace
the incorrect null-label exception with the from()/to() resolution error
the step actually raises.
