Move gremlin-console test image off end-of-life Debian CTR
The image the gremlin-console Python integration tests run in was based on
python:3.9.20-bullseye. Debian 11 reached end of life, so bullseye-security
now serves an expired Release file and its packages have been withdrawn from
deb.debian.org, and apt-get in the image fails with exit code 100.
The base is now python:3.9.20-bookworm, same Python and setuptools, on a
supported Debian. bookworm carries no openjdk-11 package, so the Java 11 JRE
is copied from eclipse-temurin:11-jre instead of installed with apt.
dos2unix
folds into the single apt-get install so it is also covered by -y.
