Clarify discard() historical note now that none() names a different step
The discard() semantics section noted only that the step was formerly
named none() prior to 3.8.0. That name has since been reassigned to an
unrelated list filter step that requires a predicate argument, so a bare
none() no longer discards traversers. Move the historical note into the
Considerations prose, explain the reassignment, and cross-reference the
current none() step so providers are not misled into expecting the old
behavior.
