As discussed previously (see the [devlist thread](https://lists.apache.org/thread/mxg3kopgj9h9v8j299qjhdhopzpdkfow) and the [Jira](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TINKERPOP-2558)), this proposal aims to add a first-class `Geometry` value type to Gremlin, following SQL/MM and PostGIS. Each value carries a model, `CARTESIAN` or `GEOGRAPHIC`, backed by an SRID, which decides how it is measured. The proposal defines spatial predicates (`geoWithin`, `geoContains`, `geoIntersects`, `geoDisjoint`, `geoWithinDistance`, `geoIntersectsBox`, `geoEquals`) and steps (`distance`, `buffer`, `envelope`, `asGeometry`, `asGeography`), a `Geometry(...)` literal in the grammar, `GType` entries for the shapes and models, a total ordering, and a GraphBinary and GraphSON format.
