Setting this property to true in system.properties or with
-Dopenejb.quartz.use-TCCL=true has no effect.
I have checked with debugger:
deployment.getProperties().getProperty(OPENEJB_QUARTZ_USE_TCCL, "false") in
EjbTimerServiceImpl always return false.
