That is the way I deploy my ear and I still get that exception in TomEE+
1.5.2.
Looking at the issue more after I made my comment, I wonder if it is
possible at all since MDBs are pooled; created and destroyed as needed.
Do the individual MDBs need to be started at startup? If so, is there a
minimum setting that is analogous to the MinSize of a Stateless container
that I could set to ensure that all of my MDBs are created up front?
