The test for the Bean Validation
(tomee/trunk/examples/bean-validation-design-by-contract) example is in the
default package. The test should be in a proper package (e.g.
org.superbiz.designbycontract)
There is a TODO comment on the test (OlympicGamesTest) saying that the test
should be moved to an appropriate package.
