Description:
I am starting a progress of re-factoring our examples:
http://tomee.apache.org/examples-trunk/
I have started with the 'simple-singleton' example.
Since it is the first time I am doing it, please carfully review the given
patch.
Changes and updates to simple-singleton example:
1. JUNIT version changed (3.x -> 4.11)
2. Component javaee-api version changed (6.0-4 -> 6.0-5)
3. Some redundant comments were added
4. Indentation. reformatting and refactoring in order to make our example
consistence
5. Closing the EJB Container at the end of each test
6. Minor changes in the explanations
