1. JUNIT version changed (3.x -> 4.11)
2. Component javaee-api version changed (6.0-4 -> 6.0-5)
3. Code comments were added and re-written
4. Indentation. reformatting and refactoring in order to make our example
consistence
5. Closing the EJB Container at the end of each test
6. Major changes in the explanations
I have also made minor changes in the Simple-singleton example.
Patch is applied.
