Reference serialization of EJB @LocalBean proxies occurring outside of Stateful
session bean passivation/activation could result in the proxy reference being
exchanged for a remote equivalent.
This was tested, but the test had a flaw -- failure would only occur when the
openejb-ejbd server is setup. Both test and code fixed.
