sometimes datsource plugin changing jdbc url are not that welcomed so adding
openejb.datasource.plugins.activated = false to avoid it
note: putting plugin name without DataSourcePlugin before activated allows to
control more finelly the active plugins. For instance:
openejb.datasource.plugins.Hsqldb.activated
