not yet backported (wait trunk build not have regressions - should be ok today)
only ProvisioningUtil: yes and should always be the case...but we can (will)
enhance ProvisioningUtil. PoC I have use a SPI if not able to handle the uri
then do what we have today (I used it to get archive from a database - I know)
