I was trying to replicate this and did not find an issue - If you have been
running your own builds then there may be an .m2 cache issue.
Try deleting your '.m2\repository\org\apache\openejb' directory and then run:
{code}
mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=org.apache.openejb.maven
-DarchetypeArtifactId=tomee-webapp-archetype -DarchetypeVersion=1.7.0
{code}
This will ensure you get the latest version.
