OWB-1.5.1 implemented quite a few changes which were already targetted for
1.5.0 bit did not make it due to timing contstraints.
The main differences are
* store SessionContext in real HttpSession if possible OWB-1048
* remove FailOverService OWB-1049
* store Conversations in the SessionContext OWB-1050
Most of these changes finally remove SPI and methods which are deprecated since
a long time already
