[~lhersch] yes but no? You don't need any option with help so help case is
fixed IMHO. Now it seems you ask to be able to use -s which is exactly the goal
to treat deploy/undeploy particularly with auto (don't require the user to have
to set it since we have the info). Finally the -u option is not fully supported
in tomee/tomcat flavor so we can hide it somehow.
