https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-2267 .
The PR contained fixes for the 2 issues but Romain updated BVal in a different
commit so rebasing led to only have the fix for TOMEE-2267.
So we can close this one and it would be nice to include my PR for TOMEE-2267.
I just rebased it.
