We have several issues here:
 # Photos of contributors needs to be updated if missing. (Andy's avatar is 
loading like 30 seconds)
 # If there is no contributor photo then we should use some generic user image 
something like this 
[https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/04/15/18/05/computer-1331579_960_720.png] 
or something similar.
 # Photos are out of square layout
 # We should use full names - Andy and Vishwanath have no surname on page
 # Associated links to external websites like "blog, github, linked" etc. 
should be in alignment with rest of the content.
